Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective seal intact and earrings are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all fashion pieces are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Moda Minx tags attached before sealing them in a secure mailing bag.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
